AMUNT

Legend has it that a being that lives with his two dogs among the mounts of the Andorran Pyrenees. It displaces through them with a helicopter whence also hangs his house, a small white motorhome. A youngster will undertake a voyage of ten months with the aim to find it.

During the journey we will encounter with all type of characters, immense landscapes, wild animals, solitude and purity, in order to track the trail of a man that many have said that they have viewed and many others that not even exists.

Then, ¿Who’s saying the truth?

Why?

We are not venturing ourselves on an aimless journey. We do it because the starting premise is really special: nature. It is a place where there is not almost nothing or of nobody. But also it has to continuum.

Of her releases an atmosphere of freedom hard to find at our daily routine.

You are born, then you go to school, do some after-school activities, high-school, you have sex, you enter whichever university, hard time to study, you meet your couple, a job which you don’t know if it is what want, you keep on going but you would love more dosh, future projects, you work more, overwhelmed you request holidays, a trip, at last time with your couple, you are happy, especially for the free time, a day of tourism, a hotel night, pregnancy and the wheel returns at beginning.

Here I am generalising, but if one doesn’t awake he is bound at a form of being and do that not even belongs to him.

Surely for this reason every time there are more of those who decide to unbound of the scheduled life of the cities yearning something more real and authentic. Everything in this project is an ode to them.

LET'S DO IT

We have achieved founding for two journeys of shooting. Help us and take part as on the project for such to be able to complete the research. We need a third day, the most complete and costly. It will take place this December, and we have to take into account the climatic conditions of the mountains.

The temperatures are extremely low. We will need warm clothes in order to be prepared; we will no longer be able to camp outdoors. We will need a shelter. Regrettably, the batteries of the cameras are not prepared to those temperatures, they run out faster. Once we have to climb the mount, we will need material adapted to carry out all the stuff, as well as rackets, firewood and refill cloths. Even if it does not seem so, it implies an increase of weight that we will have to carry to poorly accessible spots.

We work with minimal estimate founding and every collaboration is welcome and gives us a ton of help.
