"Exhumación" por Carlos Be & The Zombie Company

The Zombie Company is the company that founds and directs Carlos Be, author and theatrical director rewarded with the Prize Serrantes 2008, the Prize Borne 2006 and the Prize Caja España 2001. "Exhumation" is The Zombie's Company new play.

WHAT IS "EXHUMATION"?

"Exhumation" is the sixth spectacle in which there embarks The Zombie Company, a work written and directed by Carlos Be and interpreted by Carmen Mayordomo, Gabriel Moreno and Iván Ugalde.

OF WHAT DOES IT TALK "EXHUMATION"?

Across a fortuitous discovery, three investigators meet on the track of the historical facts that inspired William Shakespeare to write "Hamlet". In their periplus, our protagonists will penetrate into the exploits and royal intrigues of the historical prominent figures that the major work of the dramatic literature has announced as Hamlet, his father and the queen Gertrude.

It's a play, so, of the exhumation of "Hamlet", but not only of the work and his protagonist, but also of what hides itself after this mystery: the origin of the theatre and the world. "Exhumation" proposes a trepidant trip to the soul that reality and fiction share.

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

"Exhumation" is born of meeting Carlos Be, the director and author of the text, with the actors who integrate the cast; it is born of a common need to tell, to think and transmit; it is born of the passion for theatre. We are conscious of the widespread precariousness that it harasses to the scenic arts at this moment so particular and entrusted for the interest that could provoke our project, want's to realize a bet crowdfunding.

Thanks to this project we will be able to assume the costs of production relative to scenery, costumes, graphical impression and costs of premiere. Thanks to you.

In other areas, we already rely on the collaboration of big professionals that they will allow us to fit the budget to the absolutely necessary thing. Between all we can make possible "Exhumation".

NOTE ABOUT INVITATION OVER OF THE REWARD

The invitations will be able to be for the premiere, foreseen for the 4th and 5th of February in Escena Miriñaque, IndiFestival, Santander or for the dates that are confirmed. The patrons will be informed by e-mail of the performances during the life of the spectacle (between two and three years ... or more!). Every invitation is valid for one performance.

Since the appraisal of the theatres is limited, we will be grateful that the patrons confirm to us as soon as possible your assistance across the following e-mail: [email protected], including in the matter of the message: Assistance to the play of "Exhumation".

For it itself, we advise the patrons to want to be present at the premiere (February 4 and 5 in the Escena Miriñaque of Santander) to confirm your assistance before finishing the term of the project. Thank you very much again!
