EnFemme’s club is a place for people who practise cross-dressing in the city of Barcelona. I arrived at the club in 2012 as anthropologist in order to understand the contextual particularities of transphobic violences towards and among people who practise cross-dressing. Then, I started to film and four years later we are making this documentary. Cross-dressing reveals the dynamic experience of gender identities or gender expressions and the flexibility of classifications in modern Western societies. Cross-dressing proposes a new interpretation of gender borders. As Adrienne C. Rich (1977) notes,“I am convinced that there are ways of thinking that we don’t yet know about"
