EDITION OF THE TRIPLE CD "MIQUEL PUJADÓ CANTA GEORGES BRASSENS: HUMOR I ANARQUIA” ("MIQUEL PUJADÓ SINGS GEORGES BRASSENS:HUMOR AND ANARCHY")

Apart from my own production, for years I have been adapting into Catalan (and singing them in France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Estonia, Germany, etc.) about sixty songs by the great GEORGES BRASSENS. The time has come to collect them all on a triple CD, which includes all the versions sung by me, and also those interpreted by: GUILLERMINA MOTTA, JAUME ARNELLA, QUINTÍN CABRERA, NÚRIA FELIU, RAPHEL PHERRER, PERE TÀPIAS, JOSEP TERO and MARIA-JOSEP VILLARROYA (and an instrumental version by the great pianist MANEL CAMP).

MUSICIANS

Some of the musicians who have taken part in the recordings: CONRAD SETÓ, MARCEL CASELLAS, JOAN HUMET, XAVIER FIGUEROLA, ALFONS ROJO, ENRIC COLOMER, JORDI ULIVARRI, MANEL LÓPEZ... You will also find the voice of OLGA SUÀREZ.

THE SONGS

You will find such popular songs as "La mala reputació", "El goril·la", "Enriqueta" (my version of "Fernande"), "La bona Margot", "Els companys primer"... and you can discover (or rediscover) songs like "El petit flautista", “Dins l’aigua de la font més clara", etc., as well as several posthumous or unpublished songs, like the hilarious "El net d’Èdip".

WHO I AM

Singer and writer, since 1982 I have published a dozen albums with my songs and three more with monographic works on poets, apart from my works dedicated to BRASSENS, and I have written, composed and adapted songs for various groups and soloists : DYANGO, GUILLERMINA MOTTA, LA SALSETA DEL POBLE SEC, TITOT, etc.

DESTINATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

The contributions will go towards the remastering and editing of the nearly 70 tracks that comprise the three CDs, and the edition of the triple album.

CALENDAR

The triple CD is scheduled to be published at the end of February 2025, and will be sent in a few days to all those who have contributed to it, along with the corresponding rewards.
