LOOKING INSIDE

The Oracle Journey "Looking Inside" is made up of 45 hand-illustrated cards, digitally edited and channeled over eight years of constant development through the intuition and mixed techniques of Irene L. Domínguez Márquez. Each card corresponds to a message in the book, which serves as a guide to “look inside” and connect with what each card shows. The back of the cards is sealed with the Andean symbol of the Chakana, which opens the messages to all directions and planes for reading and integration.

It is a Sound Oracle, which makes it the first oracle that can be read with the guidance of vibrational landscapes composed exclusively for each card, through the sensitivity and skill of Jorge Luis Borouncle, who develops multi-instrumental work. In many passages he transports us to nature and Andean mysticism. The vibratory accompaniment allows the sounds to facilitate and deepen reading, reaching beyond images and words, to "look inside" with subtlety and harmony. The mastering of the audios is produced by Rodrigo Nuñez Aravena, from the Indios Beta musical collective. The audios are played through an online platform and can only be accessed through the QR that appears in the guide book.

Technical details

The 45 cards have a size of 90x130mm printed on 350 g/m² art paper on both sides with a soft matte finish on both sides plus gold edges. The box is illustrated and designed with soft-touch matte lamination inside and out. Inside the box are the cards, the guide book and a purple velvet bag. The book of 90x130mm is made up of 106 pages on 100 gram paper with a matte finish and with color covers on 250 gram paper. The oracles will be printed and produced at WJPC Playing cards (China), professionals, innovators and experts in card game production. The illustrations, t-shirts and tote bags advertised in the rewards will be printed at a local printing company, in support of local efforts.

The entire creative process, illustrations, design, layout, writing and even editing, is carried out by Irene with all her dedication and affection. The project entails years of work and development and a deep confidence in sharing this oracular journey with the world. It is expected to complete the printing and production of 300 units of the complete Oracle by the end of December. The printing company in China sends all files expressly, including velvet bags. The audios will be mastered and available starting in December to be uploaded to the online platform. All extra materials for patrons will be produced throughout December and early January. Packaging and shipping of rewards: from the second half of January 2024 (In Spain the Christmas holidays last until January 7).
