RKT DANCE PROJECT

We will shoot a dance videoclip at a gas station with smoke machines, cars, motocycles and different colored spotlights.

Some 20 professional and amateur dancers and students will gather. Various dance styles will be mixed: reggaeton, twerk, heels, exotic floor and breakdance. Alexia is the choreographer of the project and will dance with the dance team. Lara will help Alexia with the art direction, costumes and makeup. Celia and Belén will be filmmakers and static camera. To finish, we counted on Ruan to help us in the assembly of the music that we chose.

Alexia is the choreographer of the project and will dance with the dance team. Lara will help Alexia with the art direction, costumes and makeup. Celia and Belén will be filmmakers and static camera. To finish, we counted on Ruan to help us in the assembly of the music that we chose.

This project aims to create a community and share with all of you our love for dance and help develop our creativity together.

Alexia joined the world of dance at the age of 3 years old in France and has continued to do so to this day, being a dance teacher in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia.

She has trained in 8 different styles and continues to grow as a dancer. She dedicated herself to competing and traveling across France thanks to the national prizes she won at the National Dance Competition.

Her heart took her to Spain, where she found her happiness in teaching classes, participating in video clips, television programs, ( Quen anda aí ), creating choreographies, getting involved in projects (The Nathy Peluso Project with Belén Ciudad) and dancing in different shows (Queen Rendi, Journeyman and the top 40 thanks to Siliria Dance Center directed by Silvia Iria Miramontes).

Lara studied journalism and marketing and describes herself as a very creative girl. Her strengths are her management skills, communication and desire to learn. Fashion and poetry are her passions for which she won several awards (Winner of the BIME LIVE PRO 2019 contest specialized in musical communication and festival management, Third prize in the Salinas 2021 "Camino de Libertad" contest, First prize in the 2021 Gracias profe contest and Audience Award with the video poem Agua Bendita at the Marxe International Festival 2021).

Her talent led her to write for the Galician newspaper and direct videoclips of singers such as Berto or Maiko. She works together with Celia Eiras.

Celia studied audiovisual communication and journalism. She is passionate about cinema and music and her strong skill is the organization of human, economic and material resources in audiovisual projects. She has worked in press, cultural criticism and cultural communication. She recorded videoclips for Maiko ( Voráxine ) and Berto ( Bágoas de cocodrilo ).

Little by little, she is getting involved in making dance videos with Alexia. At the moment, she is studying and works hand in hand with Lara Caeiro.

Belén Ciudad has a degree in audiovisual communication and has since worked in an art publishing house in Salamanca. Also, Belén is passionate about photography and video production, which she’s been doing for 7 years. In her free time, she dedicates herself to the creation of audiovisual material focused on dance, working both in dance schools such as Groovin Dance Studio (Salamanca, Castilla y León) and with professional dancers (solos, duos, groups...) of different styles.

Her passion for dancing becomes her strength when it comes to recording, since she knows what is it like how to be behind the camera as well as in front of it. In addition to dancing, she has worked with various artists recording and editing their videoclips (the last videoclip she produced for Guille Totti has over eight thousand visits).

Ruan is a session musician, both a pianist and a singer. His talent led him to be part of the Galician group Dakidarria of which he is a keyboardist. The music group is currently on tour in Spain. In addition, he is part of the Improvised Musical Theater Company ( ImproVersados ) performing every Wednesday in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia. Ruan is a composer and a beatmaker (he worked with artists like Sheila Patricia or Assane). He became interested in the world of urban dance, getting involved in dance projects ( Nathy Peluso Project directed by Alexia) and training in intensive courses. He helps us with the music's mix.

The dance crew is made up of 20 dancers of different styles. It consists of both professional dancers (Agarimo, Bianca, Dani, Jeanette, Daria, Leticia, Sergio and Elena) as well as dance enthusiasts and students.
