"Green Shapes" Wasabi Cru

About us

Wasabi Cru is an elegant and sophisticated NEOSOUL band from Malaga that combines rhythms and melodies with the same treatment a Manhattan is combined with: a bit of neosoul, a highly distilled hip-hop, a dance funk, one of the best voices on the current Andalusian scene, ice and... shake. (And is not us who say that!)

For a little over a year we have been fully immersed in the composition of our own material, and seeing that your response has been above our expectations, we have decided to bet everything on this project, leaving our skin, nails, hair and some other part. The result of so much effort will soon see the light...

About the rewards

We would love for you to be part of the wasabi family, and to the extent that you can, help us so that this project continues to grow. That is why we have prepared a lot of packs so that everyone can choose the one that best suits their tastes (and their pocket).

What will we allocate your contributions to?

Since we didn't want to keep you waiting, we decided to jump into the pool and we already have the album and the videos recorded. Unfortunately, now we are sought out by producers, directors, actors, dancers and endless great professionals list who hope to get paid for their work. This is where you come in, because your contributions will help us defray the costs of:

• Studio recording

• Mastering

• Video clips

• Design

• Production and distribution of merchandising

Planned schedule

We know you can't wait for it, so before the crowdfunding ends we will publish the album in digital format, and those of you who have contributed with this crowfunding will have the chance to download it for free!

• Second fortnight of November: Publication of "Green Shapes" in digital format. (Stay tuned to our RRSS!)

• December 10: End of crowdfunding.

• December 17: Presentation concert. For this date we hope to see all of you who can come to Malaga and we promise to have the merchandising ready so you can pick up your packs. To those who cannot be, we will send you the rewards once the crowdfunding ends.

• 1st Week of March: Unfortunately, vinyl manufacturing is a task that requires longer deadlines, so those of you who opt for the wonderful option of listening to us on a good turntable will have to wait a little longer. Don't worry, as soon as we have them we will send them to you!
