OCEAN OF MUSIC

The International Chamber Music Festival Isla Cristina, organized by the non profit organization MundoArte will take place, in it’s first edition, between July 31st and August 4th 2017 in the Municipal Theatre Horacio Noguera in Isla Cristina.

With this unique cultural event in the province of Huelva, the association MundoArte wishes to promote classical music at the highest level in Andalusia and enrich the tourism and cultural offer of Costa de la Luz, with the purpose of creating tradition in the land rich in music and art.

MASTERS OF MUSIC

The programme for this first edition includes internationally renowned artists such as the young pianist from Sevilla Juan Pérez Floristán, the extraordinary oboist Daniel Fuster and the Trio Schallmoos from Salzburg: Nanni Malm- violin, Danka Nikolic- viola and Sissy Schmidhuber- cello, all members of some of the most prestigious orchestras in the world as Camerata Salzburg and Munich Philharmonic.

The concerts

On the 31st of July pianist Juan Pérez Floristán and the Trio Schallmoos from Salzburg will open the Festival with the works of W.A.Mozart, L.v. Beethoven and G.Mahler.

On the 2nd of August oboist Daniel Fuster and the Trio Schallmoos from Salzburg will present works of W.A.Mozart, L.v.Beethoven, F.Schubert and J.B.Vanhal.

On the 4th of August the Trio Schallmoos from Salzburg will close the Festival interpreting works of W.A.Mozart,* L.v.Beethoven*, R.Strauss etc.

Where do your donations go

The organization of a Festival of this kind, that wishes to promote classical music of the highest level, implies a great number of costs. There are 3 concerts with invited artists, as well costs of travel and accommodation of the artists, rental of spaces, piano rental, costs of the logistic support of the Festival, press and media costs, graphic and web design, etc. For these reasons are your donations of an enormous importance, so that this Festival, that seeks to become a tradition, can take place. Where and when

The Festival will take place between 31st of July and 4th of August.

All concerts will take place in the Municipal theatre Horacio Noguera in Isla Cristina.

Additional information about the rewards

Dress rehearsals for every concert will take place in the Municipal Theatre Horacio Noguera in Isla Cristina on the day of the concert at 11AM.
