Synopsis
Luis Escribano, leader of queer film collective Els 5 QK 's, goes to Barcelona in order to donate their work to Filmoteca de Catalunya , wishing these movies never be forgotten. While facing the bureaucracy to get his way, he is reunited with his old friends and colleagues whom relive the best moments of his films and what these meant during the times of La Transición (dictatorship to democracy), those years when the words "gay" or “queers” was not yet common (in Spain) and they did fight to defend their lifestyle as "maricones” (faggots).

Els 5 QK’s
It was one of the most underground and unknown militant film collective of our recent past.
The group had its headquarters in Barcelona. It was composed of five members and their period of activity took place from 1975 to 1986 (although his most prolific period was between 1977 and 1980 when they rolled around 18 films).
Among his productions we find shorts, medium and feature films... all performed cooperatively (all members of the group collaborated in the production, script, costumes...) and investing the money that group members getting in jobs outside the cinema.
The main thematic concerns of the group are closely related to the LGBT community. 'Els 5 Qk's' used different speeches: critique of patriarchal system, exposure of different sexual taboos of western society, attacking front “machismo” way and claiming a place for the figure of the transvestite.
