Our starting point for the performance Federico entre los Dientes was the poet Federico García Lorca’s unique ability to lift us out of reality. At the heart of our work lies the belief that his spirit continues to resonate in our daily lives, as he gave voice to some of our most deeply rooted cultural fears.

The documentary is expected to run approximately 40 to 50 minutes, offering an intimate and powerful exploration of this creative journey.

THE DIRECTOR

A professor, performer, and choreographer, she has participated in numerous international festivals. She is also a member of the Performing Arts Academy and was the director of the Murcia School of Dramatic Arts (2014-2022).

She promoted and coordinated the ESAD en Corto film festival between 2015 and 2022 at the Francisco Rabal Regional Film Library and the Fila á scientific journal of performing and audiovisual arts. She has worked with the production company La Llita Audiovisual since 2014 and has collaborated as an artistic advisor on various documentary and video productions.

She holds a PhD in Law and participates in the Technical Report of the Subcommittee on the Artist's Statute. Her notable publications on the subject and her co-direction of the shows Federico entre los Dientes and Diferencias are among her highlights. She has won the Ruralmur Art and Culture Award.

Sonia Murcia is an advisor on the Code of Good Practices for Audiovisual Actors (CBPAA), published by Assumpta Serna. She participated as a speaker at the Kinetic Conference: The Audiovisual Revolution. Ethics, held at the Ateneo de Madrid (2023).

THE PRODUCTION COMPANY

La Llita Audiovisual is a dynamic, entrepreneurial production company led by Juan Carlos Martínez Rodríguez.

He is a director, screenwriter, and audiovisual producer with a 25-year professional and artistic career spanning documentaries, corporate videos, feature films, reports, multimedia content, and music videos. He holds a PhD in Audiovisual Communication since 2003 and has been an associate professor at the University of Murcia since 2015.

He has coordinated the New Filmmakers Project at the University of Murcia since 2019. He was a professor (2014-2018) of Audiovisual Production at the Murcia School of Dramatic Arts (ESAD).

Among his film works are the docudrama "Los amores muertos" (2011) premiered at the Cine Estudio in Madrid, as well as the feature film "Soledad descalza" (2015), currently on Amazon Prime Video and which was selected at the Lugo International Author Film Week.
