Unísono seeks to explore the universe of plants through beauty, spiritual and enigmatic paths. Immersing ourselves in the place where ideas mingle with the unknown, the subtle silence, the ancestral wisdom that weaves our ecosystem. Bridging the infinite harmony that gives life to our planet.
This project slowly took shape during my walks in the Collserola forest where I would take pictures of plants. Even though all the images were beautiful, none of them went beyond the usual, there was something else that invited me to explore further.
Until one day, as if announcing the arrival of spring, an image of a bud from a climbing
plant opened the door, revealed its secret to me. It taught me the first words of its language and with these I was able to immerse myself in a dialogue with the rest. Plants vibrate and the calm that enraptures us in their company, as Stefano Mancuso points out, is perhaps the echo of an ancestral conscience that tells us that they contain everything we need.
The moment of pressing the shutter became a door to the infinite sensory world of the forest. For two years I learned and enjoyed this journey through the universe of plants. Now it's time for them to be shown, to share this project with you, so that together we can enjoy this universal language...
...and vibrate in unison.
FOREWORD:
UNISONO will have a foreword from Jonathan Drori, the author of "Around the World in 80 Trees". A fantastic book, which I am sure many of you have surely heard of.
Jon's profound and relevant words complete and enrich the book. I couldn't be more grateful and happy for his participation in this project.
Thanks Jon!
About the rewards
There are two reward options with book.
There are three reward options with book and a Giclée print of a photograph on Fine Art Pearl paper by Hahnemühle, which will be safely sent to your home, ready to be framed.
Three options of solidarity contributions, for people who wish to support the project but prefer not to have the material at home.
PRINT IS ART: To ensure that the book you get your hands on is of the highest quality, we have entrusted the work to Nova Era Publications, one of the leaders in printing for artists, museums and publishers. With them we have carefully chosen the paper and binding so that Unísono will shine for many years in your library.
What will your contributions be used for?

A percentage of all contributions will go to a reforestation project managed by TREE NATION platform. The more we raise, the more trees we plant.
