1. What is “Saliendo de la cueva”?
“Saliendo de la cueva” (Getting out of the cave- translated from Spanish) is my third self-produced album. This production is the result of the need of expressing my life experience: dying in life to be reborn.
When I shaped the essence of these melodies in lyrics, the musician and producer Luis Paniagua appeared. We continued this journey together. A very creative journey that starts in the darkness of the cave and gets forwards to reach the dawn of a new day. A new path full of possibilities.
This album talks about the dark night of the soul (referred to by some mystics) or about any time in the life of a person in which everything seems to be broken and vanished ... about surrender and the courage to go down to the depths of hell (as some shamans form different traditions mention) to be able to stand up again and walk with confidence and with a new point of view.
The purpose of this music is to be with and support those people experiencing hard processes in life and send them clearness and confidence.
To me, the production of this album is still a healing act of courage, transformation and authenticity.
I invite you to feel it and live it with me.
What do I do for this album? I take part in writing the lyrics, the music, the artistic concept and I give my voice to the songs. Moreover, I use all my range of voices and styles, from shamanic music with South American influence to more Mediterranean sounds because of my Catalan roots and the ethereal voice of the fairies in the north to give a personal and unique sound to these compositions.
The artistic production, arrangements, instruments, recording and mixing are in the hands of Luis Paniagua who contributes with great talent, professionalism, sensitivity and humanity in this project.
2. Who am I?
I am a singer, songwriter, therapist and creator of the Essential Voice Method and Mamacanta. I started learning to be an actress and singer at the age of twelve in the best theater schools in Barcelona, where I learnt a lot of different techniques thanks to outstanding teachers. I have a career longer than ten years as a singer and actress working in different companies and groups in Spain, Portugal, Germany and Chile.
Now, I work doing workshops helping people to find how to express themselves using their voice as a tool and I look deeply into the healing effects of sound.
I have two self-produced albums. "Iande" (2011) of ancient chants and meditation music and "Nueve lunas (Nine moons)" (2014) committed to pregnancy and motherhood.
3. What makes my music be so special?
I have always been interested in knowing other places and different ways of life and this has led me to travel and get in touch with people from different cultures. What I learnt from these people were their folk music and sacred songs. What I did, instinctively, was integrating those songs, registers, tones, colors and ways of expressing themselves through the voice in my singing.

Enhorabuena por esta nueva creación! Me interesa la recompensa de 35 € (el cd de saliendo de la cueva, Iande y Nueve Lunas) pero no estoy segura de poder pasarme a recogerlo por concierto (vivo en prov de BCN) hay alguna alternativa para recogerlos?
