The expression of the protagonists and plasma using a reduced color palette that gives unity to the whole of this contemporary creation committed to good humor.

Extracts of MiniHollywood

Irene Gras Cruz, art criticism
"The pop art and graffiti are called essential post in designing BigNOW compositions, along with the design could not conceive of one without the other. Aesthetics that occurs in your creations is unique, when combined three elements such as art, film and advertising, so familiar and recognized by most of us. An accessible and unmistakable language, typical of globalization and consumption, where the world of advertising and media, promotes the style so characteristic of this artist. served the paradox, antithesis, metaphor, anaphora or similarity, is not just to produce beautiful images, but producing images that transcend the immediate and the record of film heritage of Almería ".

María del mar Domínguez, curator
"In these snapshots almost woodcut that BigNOW proposes, the seemingly festive mixed with the dark, and each character becomes a resounding slogan immortal always facing his destiny alone. MiniHollywood has music that smells bullet, and is obviate useless violent and sensual claim imposing the false kindness of pop. everything is in BigNOW iconic film in this city where each sequence lasts more than an instant, his works remind us that life is a film with epic pretensions , and we were so happy with the short monologues of the protagonists, perhaps because the really important things could be summed up in as little ".

José Luis López Bretones, Art Center director Almería Museum
"BigNOW, architect and multidisciplinary artist, has turned his sights on MiniHollywood series-the most recent one that has done-the last film in the province of Almeria, and has done so from a perspective consistent with their previous productions: that that mixes with a certain dose of irony complaint. Their language blatantly pop, playful and humorous efervescentemente not fail to note, however, contradictions and illusions who lived in the dark backgrounds of a golden age that left himself who came up become a shadow of what we were ".

Juan Gabriel Garcia, Journalist and writer
"The theoretical basis lies in BigNOW MiniHollywood of intertextuality. This is a concept applied to literary theory that can be adapted equally to film and studying the different relationships established between different movies.'s Famous quotes or winks using directors like Quentin Tarantino would be defined as intertextual relations, as in Mini-Hollywood have a bunch of them, all splashed with acid humor. icons is a sign of decontextualized, universal referents who have walked the same scenario: the landscape Almeria. decomposition of a film to its simplest expression and while its maximum essence generates an image full of symbolism ".
