Here we are! We are Beluga, a weird and non commercial progressive rock band created by Lorenzo Matellán and Razl. We are giving the final touches to our debut album, which we have named “Architecture Of The Absurd” and in which we have had the unbelievable but true collaboration of the extraordinary Marco Minnemann (*Steven Wilson, The Aristocrats*) and no less amazing bass player Damian Erskine (*Gino Vanelli, Peter Erskine Trío*).
Beluga is progressive rock yes, but from the seventies, full of analog synthesizers, guitars all over the place, little voices, surreal themes, weird drum beats and a lot of humor.

Before this project, Razl had already published two solo albums (Rotonova and Microscopic). Both of them got great reviews in press and international media and counted with the collaboration of prestigious musicians such as Bryan Beller, Dean Brown, Mike Keneally, Charlie Dennard… and Lorenzo Matellán was a member of Guateque All Stars, a reference band within the disco-funk-soul music here in Spain.
WHAT WILL WE DO WITH YOUR HELP?
Our goal is to be able to pay for our album mastering and manufacture of physical copies. So far we have been the ones investing all the capital and we need your support!
Once we get the funding, we would take about 2 months in having our project finished; although it could be earlier as it depends on the available dates record studios have. The manufacturing takes about 15 working days and once we have them in our hands, we would send them to you right away… causing great happiness as we would have in our hands the result of two years of work… thanks to your precious help.
