The Uróboro’s Way

CONTEXTUALIZATION

Spain 2017. Contextualization. ¿What would it happen if the economic crisis wouldn’t have finished and if it would have become still worse? If evicted families and the poor stopped committing suicide and instead of assuming the victims’ role they would become public executioners of politicians, bankers, and other corrupted public authorities?

The Uróboros way is a story, which is always doomed to repeat itself. After a century, Spain experiences the same deficiencies it already had in 1917: corruption, political inefficacy, social conflicts, poverty, gangsterism.... A new group settles down in this anarchic and terrorist atmosphere. Rightful Fight, executes selected objectives among public people, politicians, and corrupt bankers.

INTRAHISTORY: PRECEDENTS

Andoni is our protagonist, he saw his daughter die due to the breakup of the Welfare State. He couldn’t pay for her medicines. Some time later, when he was alone and about to go mad

Marcos turned up. He was the leader of a Rightful Fight terrorist cell. He makes Andoni realice that he wouldn’t get anything if he committed suicide. His duty as a father is to avenge his daughter and fight for a new system. Andoni, who felt weak and who didn’t have any firm convictions, decides to join the group. His objective would be to kill the Health Care Minister who passed the law approving the suppression of the Universal Social Security.

MANAGEMENTE OF THE MONEY

To finance production expenses: actors/actresses trips and lodgings, expenses of the production team and transport of people and equipment.

CALENDAR

The shooting of the film will take place on the 27th., 28th., 29th. And 30th. of April. The shortfilm will be finished on 6th of May. Since that date, and in a maximum of a month, we will send the rewards to the patrons.
