Santa Emilia Cultural Centre is housed in a 1924 palace in Mondoñedo (Lugo, Galicia), which has operated as a cultural space since 2023. Each month, this heritage building hosts classical music concerts, scenic experiences, painting exhibitions, and community activities.
This campaign has a clear goal: to finance the full cycle of concerts and cultural activities for the 2025–2026 season. We aim to offer a stable, high-quality, and accessible programme that brings together art and heritage, international artists and local audiences, beauty and social impact.
With your support, Santa Emilia will continue to be a place where music, performance and painting engage in dialogue with history—and with the people.
What do we want to do?
With your contributions, we will launch the Santa Emilia 2025–2026 Cultural Cycle, including:
Piano, chamber music, folk and vocal recitals with national and local artists
Contemporary scenic actions, dramatized poetry and performative experiences
Art and photography exhibitions by local and guest artists
Guided visits to the palace, artist talks and educational activities for schools
Professional recording of part of the events for free online distribution
Design and printing of materials (programmes, posters, booklets)
All of this will take place in a unique, intimate, and historic setting. We want to prove that high-level art can also thrive in rural Galicia, and that access to culture is a right—not a privilege.

Who we are
We are the team behind Santa Emilia Cultural Centre, led by the non-profit association Interartes.
Since 2023, we’ve hosted monthly events at the palace, with steady attendance, media coverage, and a growing community of followers. We believe that top-quality art must also have its place in rural settings, and that heritage must remain alive and in use.
The artistic direction is led by pianist and composer Juan Rezzuto, with international experience. General management is coordinated by Víctor Gómez, director of the centre and cultural producer.

What we’ll use your contributions for
The minimum fundraising goal of €2,000 will help launch the 2025–2026 cultural cycle. The budget will be distributed as follows:
€1,000 – Artists' fees and honoraria
€600 – Professional recording and editing of selected concerts
€300 – Graphic design and printing of promotional materials
€100 – Basic logistical costs (technical staff, cleaning, venue setup)
If we surpass this amount, we’ll expand the programming, record more events, offer educational activities and improve accessibility.
Estimated timeline
The Santa Emilia 2025–2026 Cultural Cycle will run for one full season, with a main activity or concert scheduled on the last Saturday of each month at the Santa Emilia Palace (Mondoñedo).
The Verkami campaign will allow us to begin production and open the calendar to artist bookings. The cycle will take place across approximately 9 consecutive months after the campaign closes.
Rewards (both physical and digital) will be delivered in the months following the campaign. In-person experiences (tickets, visits, overnight stays) will be available for redemption during the 2025–2026 season by prior reservation. All supporters will be informed of available dates and given priority scheduling.
