The Last Offer is a short fiction film that discusses the current state of the rental market and how complicated it can be to access housing in our country.

Story Synopsis

After the end of their housing contract, our protagonists Isi and Noe are forced to move, but to do so, they first need to find an apartment. After an exhaustive and depressing search, the EXTRAORDINAC, ECCENTRIC, and EXTRAVAGANT real estate agent Franchesca Sacara bursts into their lives with her...SHHHHHH🤭

HOW IS THE PROJECT GOING?

Our project is currently in an advanced pre-production phase, with everything ready to move into action!! 🎬

It has the support of the Malaga Film Festival, where it won one of the Audiovisual Creation Awards 🏆 and where its premiere is secured for the next edition. It is also supported by two film production companies, La Cuarta Encina Films and The Flow Studio.

The protests for the right to decent housing in recent years have been a major driver of mobilization in Spain.

The housing crisis in our country is a highly relevant and topical issue.

We believe that film is a very powerful tool and it's what we do best. Therefore, we would like to reflect on this conflict and give voice to what our neighbors are crying out for.
