In this course, Norman Ludwin, orchestrator of Michael Giacchino's latest films, will conduct an exhaustive analysis of the orchestration of the music composed by Bernard Herrmann for "Psycho" (Alfred Hitchcock, 1960). Together with him, Alejandro Román will offer, for his part, a semiotic and musical analysis (musivisual analysis) to complete the journey and provide a complete vision of the film and its cinematographic sequels.

Two modalities are offered: listening students and active students.

Active students have a one-to-one lesson with the teacher of their choice.

What the individual classes consist of

The student will have 30 minutes (or 45 minutes, depending on the reward), to consult on their own composition or orchestration work, ask questions to the teacher, or simply chat with him/her about any subject related to the course that he/she wishes to raise.

About the rewards

They will be delivered during the course breaks (the signed books and CD's).

A link to download Norman Ludwin's ebooks will be sent one week before the course.

Lunch with the teachers will be on the day of the course.

The reward of the online class via Zoom will be arranged directly with the backers.
