ABOUT THE PROJECT...

The members of Le Tendre Amour are quite international! Japanese soprano Michiko Takahashi, German baritone Bernhard Hansky, Catalan violinists Adriana Alcaide and María Gomis, American oboist Katy Elkin, French traverso player Sébastien Perrin , Mexican theorbo player Krishnasol Jiménez, Cuban gambist Lixsania Fernández and Argentinean harpsichordist Esteban Mazer will meet and work in the international language - music.

Verkami has opened the possibility to finance a part of our third CD that we will record this month, a tantalizing collection of the beautiful yet previously unrecorded French baroque cantatas by René Drouard de Bousset (1703-1760).

The Dutch label Brilliant Classics covers only a part of the costs generated by such a production. Your donation will go directly towards:

  • The sound technician´s costs
  • The travel costs of the musicians coming from abroad
  • Costs to move the harpsichord to the recording site
  • Rental costs of the recording site
  • Hotel and food costs for the musicians during the recording

Over the years, we have had the pleasure and luck to meet many colleagues, admirers, and fans of our work. We are counting on your help now, since it is only with your support that we can make this recording possible!
