Érase un guisante, a fairy tale musical

Who are we?

NOTETANTO Producciones is a theater company formed by a group of young actors and actresses, singers and theater professionals, working in Spain.

The company was born in 2019. During that time we carried out family shows and concerts while working on theater creation projects of our own.

We got stronger due to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. That was the time when we actually put this project into motion.

We wanted to see theaters coming back to life and promote a strong and dynamic culture. Therefore, we offer this small-format play, created for the general public in order to bring the whole family together in a fun and safe way.

What is this project about?

We introduce you Érase un Guisante, a fun adaptation of the classic tale The princess and the pea, by Hans Christian Andersen. This musical adaptation is presented for all audiences willing to promote theater, arts and cultural moments between the young and the old.

Music, costumes and scenery are created and produced entirely by the company with a very special purpose: to make the audience enjoy. We intend to achieve that by uniting the essence of the classic tale with the magic and fun provided by musical theater.

What do we need?

Our greatest wish is to be able to produce this show and take it to stages in Madrid and in other cities around Spain.

That's why we need you!

We have done a lot of work already. We have accomplished a big private investment and we would appreciate your help and collaboration. We need €1,100 to be able to assume and cover the cost of the set design, the costumes and the recording of the CD.

We are sure that with your help we can achieve it!

We are aware of the risk of undertaking a show of our own production, but we also know how important constant work is. We believe that passion and perseverance will help us turning this into a great production.
