Thank you to everyone who has participated, we continue to grow and everyday we are closer to covering our production costs. We have reached our first target of 1.550€ which will cover a big part of our dance theater show's production costs. And there are many people who are willing to continue collaborating. That is why we are proposing a new challenge.

E V A is an artistic creation from the company "Ella y dolores". The show takes us into the life of an ordinary girl, a dancer in a night club who starts to feel anguish with her life. The main character comes to a road of personal transformation towards fulfillment.

A piece that combines expressive movement, contemporary dance, exotic pole dance, visual poetry, as well as the audiovisual and dramatic arts to submerge us in a human reality.

An everyday story that fills us with questions and invites us to reflect on identity, patriarchy, desire, sex, prejudices, repression and the view of women.

We believe in art as a tool for transformation, that is why we are betting on our gut wrenching show that will stretch ideas and allow us to leave behind obsolete and limiting beliefs.

The Company

We are Patrícia Mas and Violeta Ramos we met working on an advert, during down-time we developed a strong connection through our shared artistic concerns and we embarked on our first show which discussed and dealt with mental health issues, "Henry".

Together we have created our own style. We both have long pedagogic and artistic professional trajectories with a very characteristic vision of how we want to explain things.

The works of "Ella y dolores" have a social theme and are intended to promote social evolution and change through art. The Company uses inflections of performance with spoken theater. A synergy of artistic languages and aesthetic.

We are excited and hopeful that EVA might one day reach many different communities and thats why, we believe Crowdfunding could be one of the best ways to receive the economic push needed to realize the show and the opening night's date.
