"Lucky Strike"

Life can be tough, the feeling of solitude unbearable. In these moments, who hasn’t been carried away by the past? Remembering relationships that are long gone, reliving them in a way so real, that it overshadows the present.

Our short film shows the story of Sofía, who tries to reconquer Lucas, her first love. Therefore she travels to Barcelona for a few days, visiting him, and also her best friend Alba, who lives there as well. Afraid of being rejected, Sofía makes up a net of lies, which grows every day a little bit more, until she gets lost in it.

Lucky Strike is a realistic short film with comical touches!

We are ex-students and students of ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Mitjans Audiovisuals de Catalunya).

On our account, we will be able to contribute 1000€ which will be spent on transportation for the team and actors during the shoot, as well as on material to create the right setting for the story. Your contributions will allow us to rent sound and camera material, in order to be able to shoot in the first place and also have a quality product in the end.

It is a project that we have been working on for months. We plan to shoot from December 3 to 9. The release date will be in the end of May, which means that you will receive your rewards around the same time!
