AMOR 7: a short film that will change the lives of EGOADULTS

He is only 7 years old…

AMOR 7 is a 27 minute film that will have 27 friends who will play as actors.

17 close friends and family of the scriptwriter Enrique Piana are currently enrolled. All the participants will become actors and actresses without any acting experience and professional training in the cinema world.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MORE PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL HELP US TO SPONSOR THE FILM.
(From now on we will interchange the word participants with the word friends as we feel strongly that everybody who participates in this project will be part of a family of friends)

The new participants/friends must pay their plane and ferry tickets to get to Gili Air. The actors will be provided with an air-conditioned bungalow. There is a swimming pool and the entrance of the hotel is 27 metres from the sea. Breakfast and dinner is included during the 7 days of filming and are paid for by the project. Each friend is responsible for paying for their own lunch and any additional drinks.

PLAYING TO BE ACTORS WHILE WE ARE HAVING OUR HOLIDAYS

The filming takes place in and around the hotel where will be staying on the island Air Gili, an earthly paradise in Indonesia, where the only transport are horse-drawn carriages and bicycles.

The filming will last 7 days and will start on the 27th of July, 2018 and will finish on August 2nd. The filming will only be for 3 hours per day.

CHILLOUT TIME!

The rest of the day will be free to ride on bicycles, to snorkel, swimming, to go hiking or to visit the opposite islands: Gili Menor, Lombok, etc.

The well-known expert in emotional intelligence Maria Fernández will carry out group therapies to get over the inhibition in front of the camera.

The participants do not have to know any script by heart and they only have to answer some questions in front of the camera about Love. These questions will not have been previously revealed and they must answord with the voice of 7-year-old child.

The group scenes will be conducted with humour and fun. The actions will be more about body movements than speaking. Each person will speak in his/her native language and the film will be subtitled in English and Spanish.

The actors are not only part of a short film that will be presented at International Festivals, but they will also take with them an enriching learning regarding the exploration of their own vitality.

The confirmed actors up to now, friends of the scriptwriter Enrique Piana come from different countries: Argentina, Mexico, Finland, United Kingdom, Italy, South Korea, Northern Ireland, Spain, Australia, Japan and the Netherlands, among others.

The short film has 7 parts that show 7 main features of the 7-year-old child’s beauty and showing how that beauty disappears when growing up and becoming an adult or using Pepito’s language, when one becomes Egoadult.

It is time we all find our vitality and creative strength!

Inspired by the following message, written by Pepito Sentinfante ( a wise boy who is only 7 years old) we propose you all with this film extending and spreading the passion for living, doing so with vitality, playing with joy and above all enjoying like this a quantum change in today’s quality of life.

EGOADULTS feel that the time of joy and happiness has already passed during childhood and adolescence.

That’s why, today already adult, they have resigned to the loss of vitality, and perhaps to joy itself.

LOVE has disappeared from their lives!

COLLABORATIVE AND GROUP ART

AMOR 7 is a collaborative art piece. Pepito brings us all together. This film will merge numerous feelings and magical ideas that will become real in the moment.

It is beautiful to be part of something that comes from collaboration!

I also think that playing as a scriptwriter I am “at the service of the group” , the same as the others. In our group a lot of very specific and different missions at play, where each one ranks according to their own feelings.

Some give priority to looking good in front of the camera. Others following the wishes of an amateur producer, who is a little nuts looking for resources.

For our director, who has a very sensitive eye, the important thing will be to show the crazy beauty of it all. The most important thing for some will be the script, the story that we will all help build. Hopefully it will be so funny that we will all roll on the floor laughing. Carlos will handle the music, the group and freedom will be for Maria, the dance group will be for Sonia, the ideas in pencil and colour for Paul, friendship and enjoying the beach will be for David and for a everybody else.

And as it is obvious for Pepito, his priority is LOVE multiplied by 7…

They are in charge of the creation of this film calling itself “Group of 7” made up by the following creative people:

1/7. Clement Esso (34) a film director with a social commitment that he expresses in all of his documentaries. He has devoted himself to forgotten, ignored or discriminated against people’s stories. His first documentary, Borders and Promises, has shown the problems of the Arab women artists under censorship and patriarchy. Then he directored African Inheritance, a short documentary about African Spanish women, showing a touching vision of a complex society in which they live. Both films were selected in several film festivals and soon there are planned screenings in France, Spain, USA, Ghana, Barbados and South Africa.

2/7. Enrique Piana (63) is a writer, an essayist and mystic poet who writes books in Spanish, English and Portuguese. He has flits from poetry to autobiographical books to fiction. Working with the illustrator, Paul van der Maarel he created the series SENTINFANTE , a tryptic formed by Pepito Sentinfante, serie I (a book of magic realism created for adults and adolescents with illustrations for children), Pepito Sentinfante in the Jungle, series II ( 7 books for children from 6 to 8 years old) and the script for the film Amor 7, series III.

3/7. Paul van der Maarel (21) is a game artist and illustrator specializing in fantasy and science fiction. He was responsible for all the illustrations for the book Pepito Sentinfante (series SENTINFANTE I). His amazing and beautiful creation was carried out in a year and a half using his limited time that his studies at Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht allowed him. The famous international writer and storyteller Liz Weir who prefaced the book said: “his illustrations are fresh and vibrant” whilst the writer Enrique Piana, author of this book, assured that "the subtle sensitivity and the beauty of his art defined the great attraction of the readers for the book." http://www.pepitosentinfante.com/

4/7. María Fernández (41) called herself “happy maker of intelligent emotions”, she is a chief of a tribe with a base in Mollet del Vallès. Barcelona who has a permanent waiting list of people who want to participate in her holistic practice of growth, emotional intelligence and self-healing. She has lately started to perform trainings for those who want to become agents of change or better teachers. She gives workshops for professional therapists and in AMOR 7 María will apply group techniques created by herself which encourage personal freedom and creativity.

5/7 Sonia Ajenjo Vila (35) and 6/7 Carlos Alberto Ortiz de Alarcón (41) have recently created an artistic space for this film, called “AGATA 7”. They will try to motivate the actors’ sensitivity with poems, music and dance while they are embellishing the scenes of AMOR 7. In the music that Carlos is composing there will be 7 musical themes with the collaboration in the words of the script writer Enrique Piana. Sonia, another creative talent, for her part and from the dance she is already making a group programme called LUDENUBES, created by her especially for the cast of the film, this workshop is adapted to all the ages and tries to take everybody from an actual world to a “Vertical World” which is parallel, ethereal, full of humour and rather delusional. Sonia is determined to smash us all with our own sensitivity.

7/7. PEPITO SENTINFANTE (7 years old!)

As Pepito says loudly:

“if we look after and educate my little friends, poor children, in freedom, we’ll create again a Freedom Family on planet Earth”…

In spite of his wise, playful and loving way of feeling life, Pepito Sentinfante experiences great anger with grown-up people that he calls: Egoadults. According to the boy, all of them have become the most selfish expression of all of Creation. And of course, as he understands it, they are the ones responsible for making poor children invisible and completely without joy, spontaneity, kindness and astonishment. According to the boy, Egoadults only think of earning more and more money, from a tenacious concentration of power that is taking humanity to hunger, poverty, racism and wars. Worse, they are also responsible for neglecting the environment, actively contributing to the quick and ferocious destruction of the planet.
