LA BOSSA D'URINA
If you don't know who we are (i.e., if you've spent the last 10 years with a coma, or secluded inside an anti-nuclear bunker with a very shitty internet connection), here you have a little explanation. La Bossa d'Urina is tragic, erotic, melodramatic, optimistic, nihilistic, and transoceanic music; a band located somewhere between California and Barcelona; the crazy dream of two post-adolescents wired through the interwebs: Uri Nieto & Dani Bolsa.
THE PROJECT
Our goal is to release our 2nd album, Merda Fina, before the 3rd one. The album is about to come out, but we still haven't paid the professionals who actually did all the hard work. The whole process has been enthralling, hence here's a brief description of it (aiming to generate trust and empathy in you, future backer):
Phase 1: Transoceanic composition via internet.
Phase 2: Arrangements and recordings in Oakland, CA.
Phase 3: Recordings of backing vocals by Núria Clotet, in La Caseta de Fusta, Moià, CA(talonia).
Phase 4: Recordings of drums by Marc Prim and Lluís Cots, in Estudis Nautilus, Arenys de Mar, CA(talonia).
Phase 5: Recordings of crazy iPads (more specifically, Geoshred) by Jordan Rudess, somewhere on Earth (likely).
Phase 6: Recordings of backing vocals and guitars by Ramón Rodríguez, in Cabrils, CA(talonia).
Phase 7: Mixing by Lluís Cots at Estudis Nautilus, Arenys de Mar, CA(talonia).
Phase 8: Mastering at Ultramarinos Studios, Costa Brava, CA(talonia).
Phase 9: Graphic design by GR170.
Phase 10: Digital release.
Phase 11: Absolute world fame and domination.
CROWD SOURCING
The way this campaign works is simple:
1.Choose your favorite reward (or rewardS!).
2.Sign up (or log in) and back the reward(s).
3.After 40 days of campaign, we will let you know if we manage to fund the project.
