Maria Canyigueral has been described by La Vanguardia as 'a pianist of great personality'. Her most recent highlights include the world premiere of her project 'Avant-guarding Mompou' in Conway Hall; her latest Cd together with violinist Lana Trotovsek is a winner of the Global Music Awards 2016, presented in Belgium, Spain, Japan and the UK. Maria has performed in venues such as Fundación Juan March in Madrid, St John´s Smith Square and St Martin in the Fields in London, Holywell Room in Oxford, Auditori in Girona, Auditori la Pedrera in Barcelona. This season she will make her debut at the Wigmore Hall in London and at the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona.
