Soler Jazz Band: Our Debut Album

The Soler Jazz Band is launching this campaign to record our debut album, a project that will encapsulate the collective sound, energy, and spirit of our ensemble.

For this recording, we are bringing together our current Big Band lineup alongside a group of professional musicians and former band members who are now active in the music industry. Together, we aim to keep the Big Band tradition alive, blending classic jazz standards with sophisticated arrangements and our own musical identity.

Our goal is to record and release the band’s first physical album, creating a musical document that captures the essence of this current stage in our journey.

The Soler Jazz Band is a jazz ensemble featuring a full horn section (including clarinet and flute), a complete rhythm section, and musicians with extensive experience across various musical projects.

Founded in 2017 at the CIM Antonio Soler, the band was born with a clear mission: to preserve the Big Band legacy, provide high-quality live jazz performances, and create a shared space for musicians and jazz lovers alike.

Over the years, we have mastered a diverse repertoire spanning swing, blues, funk, rock, and Latin jazz—and now, we want to bring that sound into the recording studio.

What will the funds go toward?

This campaign will finance the recording and production of our first album.

Your contributions will be primarily used for:
• Professional Recording: We plan to enter the studio in the first half of July.
• Mixing and Mastering: This phase will take place during the summer so the final master can be sent to the factory by September.
• Design and Production: To ensure rewards are ready by October (if not sooner).
• Physical Manufacturing: Producing CD copies of the album.
