Catarsi, Saüc's second album

Saüc is a hard rock and metal band from Balaguer (Lleida), made up of 5 experienced musicians from different groups, who decided to come together to compose the music we love, singing in our own language. In 2019, we were finalists in the Pepe Marín Rock contest, and in 2020, winners of the Makot Rock competition and awarded at the Mur Fònic Festival.

In 2021, we released our first CD, Eterna, which was very well received by the public.

Our style draws from various currents of metal and rock, reflecting the diverse influences of the band members. This gives us a stylistic and sonic diversity that is clearly emphasized by the energy we bring to our live performances.

After taking a long break from concerts to focus on quality composition, we are now ready to release our second album, Catarsi. In this work, we’ve delved deeper into metal, exploring new musical styles and reaching new horizons.

About the project

Catarsi is the name of our second album, which includes eight songs recorded, mixed, and mastered at Wheel Sound Studio, with Txose Ruiz.

Some artists and friends collaborated with us, such as Kris Vega from Cobra Spell, who sings on "Després del silenci", and Marc Storm from Icestorm, who lends his voice to "Indíbil i Mandoni".

PACKS

We offer different packs so you can choose the one that suits you best. Some of our packs include craft beer from our city’s brewery, "La Balaguerina", with a special design edition created for this project. Don’t miss the chance to try it!

We will also make exclusive t-shirts, only for the "Després del silenci" and "Obstinació" packs, where we will donate €3 from each t-shirt to the association "Fira dels somnis" of Balaguer, to collaborate in the research of a cure for cancer, especially childhood cancer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want us to send your reward by mail, you must add the "mail delivery" Add-on to your pack. Otherwise, you can always pick it up in person in the Lleida area or by contacting us or at our concerts.

What your contributions will go towards:

• Recording, mixing, and mastering at Wheel Sound Studio.
