What is Midnight Brujo?

Midnight Brujo is my solo project, where I explore a completely different ground from what I've been doing all these years in my musical career with Crisix.

In this project, I want to mix my 80's Hard n' Heavy influences, my love for synthwave and my passion for classic horror movies.

It was my first single, came out october 31, 2023.

Midnight Brujo Debut Album

The project was born during the pandemic. Apart from the complicated situation itself, I went through a very difficult personal moment and, as in so many other occasions, my love for music and movies were my life saver. It was in this context that the idea of the project began in my head.

I'm a horror film obsessive, especially from the 70s, 80s and 90s, with emphasis on the 80s. Which probably also justifies my obsession with synthwave and that era's hard n' heavy. Letting all this out, and with my brain as a mixer, the project was born.

Since that embryonic idea, I've been working on a lot of demos, apart from the two singles that I already released. In the time I have between all the work with Crisix and my production company Cultural Dogs, and completely independently, I have been shaping Midnight Brujo with a lot of love.

At this point I think that, with all the material I have, it's time to work on my debut album, and with your help that will be possible! :)

Deadlines and goals

The main goal is to raise the necessary funding for:

-Recording, mixing and mastering the album.

-Production of CD's in digipack format.

-Vinyl production.

-Merchandising production.

-Production and recording of future videoclips.

As for deadlines, and in order to keep the tradition of previous releases, the album would be released on October 31, 2025. And all the rewards would be sent after that date.
