Brigada Intergeneracional's 3rd CD: Let's overcome patriarchy for a dignified life

Help us make this historical memory artist collective's 3rd CD come true to overcome patriarchy and fascism.

After two albums released through successful crowdfunding campaigns and organising festivals, concerts and many activities in collaboration with historical memory associations this year we are starting a new campaign to complete this CD tricolor trilogy. Purple is the colour of this album but we haven't forgotten all the other colours of the LGTBIQ+ struggle because we demand Human Rights, Justice and Reparation for all without exception. This time we are going to do it in collaboration with the Solidarity Park Festival where we will launch the CD on the first weekend of June in Malgrat de Mar.

For this collective CD we are going to count with La Clika Pika, Maria Joao Moreno, Sabina Witt, Rosa Zaragoza, Tanit Navarro & Maria di Pace, Sílvia Comas, Ual·la, Rosa Sánchez, Lucía Socam, Zbor Praksa, Le Cri du Choeur, Berni Armstrong, Kike Ubieto, Lídia Uve, La Banda Obrera del Poble, Cor Cochion and Las Amigas de Yoli.

You can get the 3 collective CDs, T-Shirts in white or red (S, M, L or XL) and even a concert of a representation of the Brigada Intergeneracional.

Who we are

We are artists, mainly musicians, commited to the recovery of historical memory. We have been collaborating with many historical memory associations from Catalonia and other regions for almost 10 years.

We have organised among many other activities:

• 5 Fem Memòria Festivals to commemorate the Battle of Ebro.

• Participation in International Brigades Tribute in Carmel (Barcelona), 80th anniversari of the Battle of Jarama, the Maquis Tribute in Santa Cruz de Moya, etc.

• We have often sung in Plaça Sant Jaume supporting Mesa d'Entitats Memorialistes de Catalunya in their demonstrations.

• 3 concerts at Festival de Cançó Barnasants

What we are going to do with the contributions

In order to get it don we need 2200€ for goal including:

• Manufacturing 1000 CDs

• Copyright issues (SGAE canon, etc)

If we exceed this goal,depending on the amount, we are either going dedicate the profits to financing historical memory activities or to coordinate an internet platform to highlight the work of historical memory assotiations. We want to do it together with them to get as many people as possible, so anyone can have access to all information in an organised way by topics and territories.

Schedule

We are planning to have the CD and T-Shirts ready for the Solidarity Park Festival the first weekend of June.
