PARTS OF THE PROJECT PRESENTATION:

Dear patrons, first of all thank you for entering our page.

Being and Becoming was born from the idea of creating a fashion campaign through analog and digital audiovisual material which aims to publicize emerging designers with the intention of investigating our identity,we believe that fashion is a very important factor in what identity means.

This campaign will be led by an immersive SHOWROOM,with the idea that visitors that came to the showroom can consider things about identity, for the showroom to be visual we will do two things apart from playing with the lighting they will be:

A main FASHION FILM, and other shorter chapters.

An EDITORIAL of the designs that appear in the fashion film.

In order to move forward with the project we need your help!

First of all, we would love to transmit with you our confidence and passion for this project in which we are working so hard.

We would also love for you not only to be our dear patrons, but also to be part of the project as collaborators and help us expand it as much as possible.

We value any contribution very much, from the largest to the smallest, since the most valuable thing for us is that you place your trust in us.

Being & Becoming is an independent project that does not have the financial support of a production company, so it will be financed with the contributions of its members and of all the patrons who are passionate about our idea.

That's why we decided to open our crowdfunding in Verkami.

As you may already know, Verkami is a platform designed to support independent projects through "Patronage".

The main idea is that you help us to make our short film a reality and in return we have developed a system of rewards that we hope you all love.

We will tell you how it works, since it is a great system and without any risk:

Part 1: After consulting our project you like it and decide to collaborate.

Part 2: You choose your favorite reward.

Part 3: You make a financial contribution to the project.

Part 4: Only if we reach our goal your contribution is collected.

Part 5: Once the project is finished we deliver your rewards.

We have 40 days to reach the established goal.

It is very important to keep in mind that if you do not reach 100% there are neither rewards nor funds to carry out the project.

So your collaboration by contributing or sharing the project would be of great help.

There are material rewards and other more symbolic ones, but all of them are designed so that you can enjoy them as much as we will enjoy carrying out the project.

These are the rewards we are preparing for you:

Our team is made up of 12 students from the School of Audiovisual Media (EMAV) and all together we form Being and Becoming.

We have a team of six designers who collaborated with us.

WHAT THE CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE USED FOR:

Of the €800 we need, €240 will go to the purchase and rental of props and scenery for our showroom. Another €240 will be used for the travel expenses and transportation of the human team that will carry out this project, from the creators to each and every one of the collaborators. We believe that, since we cannot afford to compensate the HR in an economic way, it is necessary to reward in some way, such as facilitating the arrival to the meeting places and having details such as "welcome gifts".

Another 200€ will be used for all the rental and purchase of technical material; photographic films and their respective developing and scanning, rental of lighting material for the showroom such as spotlights, tripods, projectors, etc.

Last but not least, the remaining 120€ will be used for the preparation of your rewards and all the promotional material that we will use during the showroom, such as thank you cards, accreditations, etc.

Our idea of schedule is this:

SHOOTING: Once the casting and all the pre-production processes are finished, the shooting days will be the weeks before Easter, specifically March 23, 27, 28 and 29.

POST PRODUCTION: When we finish shooting, our team will get down to work with a post-production phase. In this phase we will edit and develop all the images, we will start on the 30th and finish on April 20th of the fashion film and editorial part.

SHOWROOM: All and having started the pre-production phase of the showroom from the 30th, our team, except post production will be at full capacity with our showroom to have everything for the weekend of 6 and 7 May.

DISTRIBUTION: The distribution of the project will be done from the end of post production which is scheduled for the 13th with a margin of error until the 20th.

REWARDS: They will be delivered to the showroom on the same day, or they will be sent approximately one week after the event.
