OUROBOROS will premiere on March 8th, 2022, on Women´s Day, to raise awareness of the horrifying abuse of power and corruption within the film and theatre industry... not only by men, but also by other fellow women as well.

LUNA LEÓN, a 26 year old girl living in the coast of Spain moves to Madrid to pursue her lifelong dream of being an actress. Far from what she could fathom, Luna embarks on an adventure that will make her hit rock bottom, set by the darkest parts of the acting world.

ABOUT THE REWARDS

The PACKS of higher monetary value always include all of the rewards from previous PACKS.

• The tickets to the avant premiere in the theatre are in MADRID

• In the rewards there are two trips to Italy. One will be raffled and the other one is for whoever chooses PACK LUNA. Both trips include round-trip tickets from Madrid and 2 nights accommodation for two.

• The individual scene will be created within the movie and will be delivered fully mounted and with post production. It will not be included in the film.

We are a young production company dedicated to creating fiction audiovisual projects focused on LGBTQ+ awareness, mental health, feminism, xenophobia, discrimination and more.

Where will your donations go?

Every single penny collected will go to the production of the feature film and will be distributed among the different departments. Our first budget goal is €6000 and would be divided the following way:

If we can reach our first objective and get close to our second goal, of €12000, we will be able to produce a much better film quality, supporting even more each sector and boosting the project for it to have more reach, provoking a bigger awareness of this very important theme.

CALENDAR

Pre production started in Agosto, 2021. On September the actors were cast and rehearsals will begin, ending in October while transitioning into the beginning of filming, which will end early December. On January, 2022, post production will start and the movie will premiere on March, 2022.

The rewards will be delivered on March, 2022, with the exception of the early online display previous to the premiere, which will be delivered on February, and the trips which will be coordinated with the winner and contributor.

How the project started:

Paola Santin, 25 years old, was finishing her MFA in Acting and chose the "Abuse of Power" theme for her thesis. There arose an arduous investigation, where she found several stories and statistics that brought her to the creation of the movie OUROBOROS, with the intention of contributing even the slightest grain of sand into raising awareness of this dark reality, through what we all know and love; art.
