"Manu Scriptum"

This project is a new album with a couple of special original works for horn and piano. At the piano will play my dear friend Ikuko Odai.

This time, after months of researching, the music we will be playing includes, amongst other works, the 2nd Horn Concerto by R. Strauss (in a very unusual version), Schumann's "Romance and Allegro" and Kirchner's "Tre Poemi" based on the manuscripts from "Sonnets to Orpheus" by Reiner Maria Rilke.

The donations we get from this campaign will be used to pay the recording costs with the label “Es-Dur” from Hamburg, the sound engineer, the renting of the studio, the two pianos and their daily tuning, the photograph, the traveling expenses for us three, as well as for the material and researching travels needed for the concept of the album. And also of course for the cost of the final production.

With your help we will be able to get the half of the costs of this project.

The recording will be during the spring months and the CD will be done about the end of 2021.
