Ayer terminó la etapa de recaudación de esta campaña de micro-mecenazgo.

Yesterday this crowdfunding campaign came to an end.

Pudimos recaudar un 115% del objetivo establecido.

We were able to raise 115% of the established target amount.

Han sido 6 semanas emocionantes y, por momentos, vertiginosas.

It's been 6 exciting and occasionally heart-stopping weeks.

Aprendí varias cosas muy importantes a lo largo del proceso.

I learned a number of important things throughout the process.

Una, que es imposible hacer una campaña de crowdfunding sola.

One, that it is impossible to do a crowdfunding campaign alone.

Otra, que por lo tanto supone pedir ayuda, una y otra vez.

Another, that therefore it involves asking for help, over and over again.

Y finalmente, que es una experiencia colectiva. Yo, que como solista a menudo me siento muy sola en mi trabajo - valga la redundancia - he sentido que mi proyecto se volvía algo más comunitario e inclusivo.
