About the Author: Lady Héloïse
French national, from an International family, I moved to the Costa del Sol in 2002. I have a Law Doctorate Diploma, I am fluent in a number of foreign languages and I am keen on the Arts: I play the piano, do hand embroidery, bobbin lace, dance the flamenco and.. most of all I am an expert and experienced Romantic Cake maker!
From the moment I settled in Spain I have developed my passion for cooking and above all pastry-making, taking advantage of the amazing new moulds and cooking material that have come onto the gastronomy field these last few years.

The amount of money raised will be used for:
A first publication of a 100 books in Spanish and a 100 books in English
+ the launch of the book
+ the rewards granted to the sponsors
+ eventual packaging and postage
+ commissions and taxes...
If we obtain more than the required financial amount, more books will be printed, new rewards for the added sponsors will be given and the book will then be published in French and in Italian.
The book contains 45 illustrated recipes and tutorials with all my secrets.

Publication dates and Rewards
We will have the books ready in April and then we will start the distribution them.
If you choose to buy the book together with a mould, you will have the choice between 2 moulds of a similar rose design, one of 18cm diameter and one of 30cm diameter. In the book you will find this recipe made in that mould.
